Shipment processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may increase slightly due to high order volume and processing may be delayed due to holidays.
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and shipping providers
Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary based on destination, size and weight of shipment, and value of shipment. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout using the FedEx shipping calculator.
All shipments are sent through FedEx.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you accidentally provide us with one of these address types, please contact us to provide a different address.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment through FedEx.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Bunch Watersports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bunch Watersports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
