Trying to mount an external transducer on your trolling motor but worried about the expensive transducer cable getting into a bind and possibly breaking? If so, you need the Cable Guard! The coiled hose is split down one side allowing you to press the transducer cable into the hose. The hose is stretched between two aluminum brackets that are mounted to the shaft of the trolling motor. This model is intended for mounting 2D Down Imaging, and Side Imaging transducers. On the Power Drive trolling motors, the bottom bracket screw is designed to go through the “webbing” on the trolling motor.
